The Waveweight is a whole new beast in the gym. It’s more versatile than any dumbbell/barbell you might curl, squat, press or pull in any commercial gym. You are not only fighting to lift the Waveweight but also fighting to stabilize and balance the water in the Waveweight. It doesn't take much to be able to engage your core and not to mention other muscles you didn't know you had. I'm glad I was finally able to own one and use almost anywhere. The best thing is that once you are done you can stick it behind any door, in a closet or underneath a couch to store until your next workout.
